Agreement to our pricing and fixed monthly costs

Commitment to our service provider investments for success, including internal processes dedicated to the growth of a managed IT business model

A Service Team Committed to Excellence

Our roster of 100% U.S.-based technicians keep our service desk and network operations center (NOC) running smoothly.

PSA Tool

  • Collabrance uses ConnectWise as our PSA tool
  • MSPs have access through a ConnectWise StreamlineIT license

One StreamlineIT is required per MSP

RMM Tool

  • Collabrance uses N-able for an RMM
  • MSPs have access to N-able to assist customers as needed

N-able RMM is included with NOC Services offering

Document Management

  • Collabrance uses IT Glue for document management
  • GlueConnect is set up as part of our initial onboarding
  • Collabrance adds documentation to IT Glue to build our knowledge base together

Access to Monthly Reports

  • Collabrance provides MSPs access into ConnectWise and N-able to pull reports on a per-customer basis
  • MSPs receive a real-time BrightGauge dashboard to see how Collabrance is performing across all supported customers
